I've attended 3 Saturday morning family yoga classes with Liz at Evergreen Healing Arts. First of all the studio is beautiful and immediately brings me to a more relaxed place. Liz is great, very welcoming and unpretentious. In each of her classes I've discovered something new about the practice of yoga. She is easy to follow pays attention to comfort and safety. I highly recommend Evergreen Healing Arts!
