Very poor. I provided requested paperwork in a timely manner. Months went by with little or no action on their part. I had a small claims court judgment in my favor. Evergreen claimed that they made several calls to the defendant but provided no documentation. Evergreen claimed they spoke with a person at Red Robin, the defendant's place of employment, and was told the defendant no longer worked there. Evergreen would not provide that manager's name. I called to ask a question today and the woman I talked to continuously interrupted me, then got angry when I asked if I could finish asking my question, saying I would already have an answer if I would just listen. I never even got to ask the question!
