Terrific organization. Extremely client focused. Wonderful people. Very helpful & extending, very fair, very honest & straightforward. Been a member for 41 (!!) years; great, professional experience. Kudos !! NEW 2025 COMMENT: Still the BEST people ! Everyone is friendly & very helpful. New Manager is a G-R-E-A-T woman. Glad I've been banking with them for over 45 years !
Horrible employer. Negative working environment at henrietta location. Even members notice and comment on quick turnover in employees.

I opened my account with BTU in the 1990s and they always treat us like a friend. They merged for the second time last December. We are dept free, our mortgage is paid off and our credit score is 831. Trying to get a lone for a used tractor and Evergreen treats us like we're a bother to them.
