Always amazing service!
Went in to get some money. ATM was not working. While I was there, saw they had some special CD rates. Was able to attain without much trouble. Very friendly staff. Have no problems banking there.
What I love about Evergreen Federal and especially the Medford branch is I've always been treated like a person and not a number. Really good customer service.
