The people working at the branch office are excellent. The upper management of this bank, however, is a nightmare. It took a half hour of arguing with a VP to get approval to extend my spending limit on my debit card (so I could use it to make a down payment on a vehicle) which would be bad enough but after making that payment, I was prohibited from making ANY OTHER PAYNENTS FOR 24 HOURS!!! This bank is the best. Always helpful, always have a smile on their face. Personal service at its best. I keep this bank even though I haven't been in the area in 5 years. They appreciate their clients.

Wow... there is actually a bank that appreciates the fact that you leave your money there and allow them to loan it out to others and make interest off of it... this is the only bank that I have dealt with where, when they say that your account is inactive, at my request, they simply push the button on their computer and "reactivate" it. I have had numerous banks tell me that my account had become inactive and either charged me a monthly fee or said that I would have to make a transaction of some sort in order to "reactivate... read more
