Our search for senior living came to an end when we met Mark at Evergreen Crossings. Mark gave us a tour, answered all of our questions and really simplified the transition from house living to senior apartment living. During the application process there were no hidden costs or surprises. The rental agreement was simple and straightforward. I learned quickly that senior living is expensive, although Evergreen Crossing is month-to-month and all-inclusive. Three meals, electric, heat/AC, hot water, and cable are included. A cell phone bill is all she has to cover. Anyone entering the process of helping to locate a home for a parent knows the pressure of the process. In my case, it was for my mom, who was living out of state and wanted to be closer to family. Safe and happy were, of course, our priorities.
