Local management good - 4 stars due to some lack of followup. First floor No carpet (which I like). Maybe when signing a new lease offering options to power clean laminate? Since no carpet needing cleaning. Maybe clean windows. there are no offers for other things that might be considered equivalent, maybe a discount on first month rent or maybe a gift card for $100. I am happy here and have no desire to leave. I start on year 5 soon. Just offering my opinion.
I was fortunate to live at Evergreen at Richardson for 3 years! In May, I moved to a location closer to my family. However, several things made Evergreen excellent for me: The Staff: When office management is kind and courteous and goes out of their way to ensure that you, your visitors (especially family), genuinely ask how you're doing, make family and friends know that you're cared for, and even leave little notes, you know you're somewhere special.
