Wonderful office staff and maintenance staff. April helped me greatly this week celebrating the 100th birthday of one resident. I printed the favorite hymn of our birthday girl, and April cared enough and took the time to bring several multicolored sheets of paper and a paper cutter. She had me select a color, and then made four cuts on the hymn, so it would fit. Then, she scotch-taped the hymn on the colored paper background. Then, she placed in the frame. I love it here, the staff is amazing, so many fun activities to enjoy, our calendar is always full. Also we are near most of the fun places to go!
The management staff is horrible, rude, very unfriendly and dishonest.There are several tenants that complained the April the apartment manager came into their apartment unannounced. Also, another tenant that complained April (the apartment manager) sent one of the maintenance men into a tenants apartment unannounced (the tenant was hurting to bad to open the door) and maintenance unlocked the door and came inside the tenants apartment.
