I phoned the office to put my name down for care as directed by aged care, the lady who answered the phone was rude and patronising, told me I had only been assessed not approved for a support program and wouldn’t listen when I said I had codes for services.
Had one dealing with this company and the representative was extremely rude. She didn't read the referral and was trying to provide a service that wasn't requested. Been waiting almost a year and still no service provided.
Caring for my 90yr dad.
