I use to LOVE this place. Embarrassed to say I’ve spent thousands here over than pandemic but I had the most horrible experience with their customer service. After receiving my Trendsend box, third in the row, filled with items I explicitly asked them to exclude (please no spaghetti straps or jeans), I voiced my complaint and was told “sorry, we will miss you as a customer.” At these prices I’d expect at least a “can we change your stylist for you”.
