I purchased a pair of UGG boots for my daughter for Christmas at the Evereve in Kenwood. I live in Mason and went to the Mason location to return them as my daughter decided they weren’t comfortable around her ankle. She never wore them other than when she initially tried them on. When I came to the Evereve store to return the boots, the store manager told me they would not take them back because it was past their extended return for holiday returns.
