I love the store! As a petite woman, buying jeans is very difficult. Every time I’ve gone here I have had success in finding jeans I really like that are also my size and don’t need a hem. The clothes they carry are always on trend yet unique. The process of walking in the store and buying a complete outfit is pretty seamless. As a mom of two you can’t ask for more when efficiency is desired.The team is incredibly attentive, helpful, friendly and Jamie W went above and beyond my last visit.
Went to Evereve Cherry Creek this afternoon and was very disappointed. Although quite basic, the clothing is cute and they carry great, quality brands. The staff, however, was rude. Really? We’re gonna act like we work at Dior in Beverly Hills? And when I mentioned it to the manager she said the girls were acting that way because they just arrived for their shifts. I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience at Evereve, especially with Amanda, who claimed to be the general manager. I came in to return a pair of white jeans that had rub-off all over the waistband—something we noticed just days after purchasing them. Instead of helping, Amanda immediately became rude, dismissive, and confrontational. She told me I’d need to drive 40 minutes to another location just to make the return. By golly, I hit the customer service, quality pieces and most fun I’ve had shopping experience in a long time! Megan was super sweet and pulled multiple items for me to try (I had no idea what size jeans I even wore) and when Nicole took over she gave me the attention I needed to try on pieces that I was comfortable in and those that challenged me.
