Our family used ETLP for probate. No attention to detail and the same errors made repeatedly; someone else's confidential information emailed to us by mistake; incorrect bill issued twice but they got it right on the 3rd attempt! Poor experience from start to finish.
They are dealing with my so , they say to him prison is making it hard to talk to him, have they made any complaints? Don't know, told them how my son feels about there inaction, they say I am third party,offered to show them emails my son has sent me about it . That is NOT third party then that is him speaking. Nope don't want them . He now believes they are working with prosecution to put him down . I also noticed they never reply to any of these reviews even good ones . That makes me wonder if they care at all .
