Juliet and her team have been incredible throughout a very difficult sale process. They are always happy to help, respond to emails and phone calls as soon as they can. Communication was fantastic. They were kind and patient with me the whole way through. Always answered my questions with kindness and compassion. Their determination and resilience is second to none. I cannot recommend them enough if you are planning to sell and/or buy!!
I would certainly recommend ETL&P for their friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. The most recent visit was to set up a couple of Lasting Powers of Attorneys and Wills. Our extremely pleasant and approachable Paralegal specialist was Christine Lewis, who was able to answer all our queries, not only in our face-to-face meetings, but also via email. I have used this firm in the past for conveyancing (almost 20 years ago) and also settling Adverse Possession on my property just a few years ago.
So far so good. Not very impressive from outside but do not judge a book by its cover. Inside bright an pleasant. Staff attentive and friendly. Interview with solicitor productive . Awaiting results. Will update.
