I love this place the owner is so nice she gave me low western boots for free and I got some nice breeches for good prices.She also told me about a lesson place and now I take lessons there ever Friday.

Doesn't exist? Tried to go and it simply doesn't exist. No signs anywhere. I pulled into where the address directed me and was met with metal gates, private property signs, and no trespassing signs. Disappointed that I drove 45 minutes for nothing.
