Very unusual experience from start to finish. The booking of the appointment was challenging. And when I arrived for my appointment, about 10 minutes early, I waited an hour in a somewhat chaotic medical office, with a lot of things going on. I finally had to leave. The provider never appeared.

I am genuinely disappointed to have to write this review, as I made every effort to communicate with the practice. Manager JunJun initially offered me several complimentary sessions due to issues with their payment processor and challenges with communication. Nurse Vicky recommended I proceed with a laser treatment, but she has since left the practice and referred me to Jessie. I got 1 mL of filler and I had such a positive experience. Another place I booked with canceled on me so I called Everest and they were able to get me in within the same day. The lady that greeted me at the desk was kind and understanding, she explained everything for me. The injector was amazing as well. This was my first time having any work done and it was great, I will 100% be recommending to others and coming back!
