80% of my experience with this company was bad. First few rides were good: they sent the link to car information in advance and transportation was on time. But after first few rides the service got incredibly bad. They never send car information, they tell driver info last minute and they make you wait up to 1.5 hours. Especially when you order transportation back from the doctor. My grandma that has issue walking once waited for 1 hour outside. The phone operators can be rude, ignoring and dismissive. Everest luxury company is always on time (usually early) to take my mom to her doctor appointments. They either call or text the day before to confirm your ride and if you need to be picked up sooner they are usually available. Great car service and I highly recommend them!
