This company used to be very good but now the car that you reserved for your appointments never shows up and they don’t even call you to let you know, leaving you scrambling to find another way to get to your destination. Very frustrating and I would not use them again .

I’ve had a few bad experiences but compared to other medical transport companies it’s good Edit: it’s gotten worse so I changed my rating. The drivers they’ve been hiring lately are awful. Some of them are so bad at driving I’ve genuinely felt unsafe, and one time I was riding with them a driver even got in an accident. Then they no show pretty often too. This car service is a no no no for me , I have a patient that lives on the 12 floor of a 17 apartment building complex and was to be picked up at 11 am I have to call the center that made the arrangements who then call the car service,who then call me saying they are outside.we waited on the elevator to come to take us down and can you believe the car left us saying he waited 12 minutes which is not true.
