These guys are scammers. I placed my order for a toolset in early December and by mid-January it still hadn’t been delivered. During that time, I repeatedly requested to cancel due to the excessive delay, but was told cancellations weren’t possible once the order was “processed.” In January, they claimed the item had already shipped and advised me to simply wait for delivery and return it afterward. The band that came in was incorrect. There are no customer sales representatives, so I returned it. Had to pay $20 for their error and still haven’t gotten the refund at all! Still no response from the Everest team (if there is one). Stay away from this brand!
