The hard product was fine upon receipt. I ordered their watch box but about a month or two into having it one of the buttons to unlock the box broke. I reached out and customer service said they’d “get back to me.” Radio silence so far. Disappointing to say the least. I also left a review on the website but it hasn’t appeared so take the 5-star reviews with a grain of salt as it seems they aren’t allowing anything negative to be posted

These guys are scammers. I placed my order for a toolset in early December and by mid-January it still hadn’t been delivered. During that time, I repeatedly requested to cancel due to the excessive delay, but was told cancellations weren’t possible once the order was “processed.” In January, they claimed the item had already shipped and advised me to simply wait for delivery and return it afterward.
