They called me and asked me to cancel my RMT appointment because they aren't registered with Sunlife and that even if i paid myself I wouldn't be able to make a claim with Sunlife. I fact checked this and this doesn't seem to be true unless this clinic was banned from Sunlife claims due to suspicious activity or fraud in the past. Either way, I feel like I was provided wrong information and had to cancel my appointment last minute for nothing. I was under immense pain today and really needed some relief.
sub optimal experience, best to avoid
I was very pleased to be given a same-day appointment, and enjoyed a superb massage by Manny. The treatment benefitted me greatly; he gave me relief from two particular issues that have been bothering me for a long time. The centrally located facility is very clean and pleasant, and there is free parking in the parkade.
Great practioners, and amazing staff overall! Would recommend
