Ordered delivery about a half hour after the delivery hours listed on their website started yesterday. Received an e-mail almost immediately saying my items were being prepared by the store. Never heard from them again. They also clearly purposefully do not fix their debit card machines - if you look at other reviews it has been going on for literally so long its blatant they just want you to use the atm for cash. These two issues combined - they clearly do not want my business so they won't get it again.
5 stars hands down.Esperanza made my FIRST experience at Everest so memorable. She was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. She is very kind and caring and you can tell that she’s very genuine. She’s very empathetic and she helped me choose the right products for me. I’m in a lot of pain a lot of the time and she made my day even better. I just want her to know that I appreciate her and to never stop smiling.
