Kent has been very patient with me through the whole process of signing up for the Iowa Health marketplace. Since the agency I work for is closing Dec 31 I thought it was going to make more sense to go with Cobra until I found out that Cobra would only be for January. So I again called Kent stating I need the Marketplace. He had helped me initially to figure out if Cobra or the Marketplace would be the best route.
