Avoid—there are far better options. The online application process for their Performance Savings account failed at the last step, where you fund the new account. Extremely awful bank, they retrieved my number 15y ago ( was their customer in 2011-2011) and used that as 2 factor, I was never allowed to access my own bank, followed their instruction to fax document on Feb 7th, as of Feb 27th, number was never updated, I called, their CSRs are utter scums, one CSR called Wade laughed at me by saying "I will insist sending text message to your number and you can't provide the code, I can't do anything, and you are welcome to call us again and again and never have access", I will contact t... read more

Recently opened a MMA with a cashier's check and was told "new" accounts have to wait 5 biz days for access. I had 2 issues with this policy. First and foremost, I was told AFTER the account setup, and even though All bank literature (this includes online and new account pamphlets, AND an 8x10 business notice regarding new accounts which is directly in one's line of vision) clearly states cashier's checks are available the first business day after an initial deposit. I would give them zero if I could!!! They are the worst bank ever and have told everyone that I know not to ever use them!!! I had a checking account for about a month and it was compromised twice! The first time the transaction was declined so they just sent me a new debit card which was fine. But then it was compromised again not even a week later and this second time it posted.
