This particular branch has always been lovely to visit for my banking needs. Someone is always there to open the door and greet you without fail. The team there is stellar. It does not offer the same services as some other major banks, which I think is the reason for most of the negative feedback. I love the high-yield saving account option as well.
Think twice before banking here and check out the reviews on this Bank on the review websites. Open an account hadn't been open long my money's in that account my social security check is going to that account and they said it would be for to 5 days under review so I won't be able to access my money to pay my bills or anything I should have read the reviews before the beginning with this Bank. Worst bank, declined my application for savings account and did not provide a reason. All they said is internal review.
This is an amazing branch. A friend who lost her husband has had me take her in there three or four different times to answer any questions they are open and they're honest and they're compassionate and they're very good at what they do every employees knows the Bank inside and out we went in today to ask some very solid questions about money market and the teller was able to answer us
