Ever bank has really bad customer service. I needed to dispute a charge, which is the only time I’ve done this in 10 years. They put me on a long hold had me talk to multiple people and then said that was all meaningless because I have to fill out a three page form, printed it out and sign it, and then fax it back. Clearly they are going out of their way to waste time and not be helpful.

Received a letter in the mail to contact them regarding my current mortgage. Tried repeatedly to get a live person on the phone, but stayed on hold for over 35 minutes each time until I finally hung up. The automated message states "we expect your wait time to be over 5 minutes." What is a reasonable wait time?
