My mom came in for rehab from her brain hemorrhage she had for the fall and it was a nightmare from day one no TV no phone. staff seemed unfriendly never greeted when you came in to visit...the big one was when we were there with my mom and the med aide came in to give meds out and kept on calling my mom buy the wrong name I said no her name is such and such and she said oh ok and still gave her the cup of pills to take I told my mom don't take those!!!and took them away from her and I said her name is such and such all over... read more
