Landscapers and gardeners think it's ok to talk disrespectfully about resIdents visitors and like to make life hard for those that are struggling Poorly maintained cottages Lack of security ( 1 drive through at night disobeying the signed speed limit not even enough time to check to see if anything is happening on the premises) Lack of lighting between the rows of cottages for those residents that choose to return late at night

Yesterday my mother had a fall in her bathroom and it took staff 4 hours to find her. they picked her up and put her in a wheelchair. She was not assessed by a doctor but by a physio who was more concerened about a bruise on heg leg and knee. it wasn't till later they decided to send her for an xray. They were going to put her in a maxi taxi and send her to Stawell hospital.None were available so they then called a non emergency ambulance. when the ambulance arrived they couldnt locate her. one of the staff had decided to ta... read more
