Hello, I'm in the Eventide Heartland in Devils Lake ND. The one main thing they don't do, or know how to do is take care of a diabetic. I've been a diabetic for 20 years and have taken care of it myself for 18 years. I know everything I need to to take care of my diabetes, my A1C Has been between 5.2 and 5.4. After staying here I'm sure it will be in the 7's or 8's. The only thing they do for diabetics here is give you 2 units of insulin before a meal, a small bolus in other words.
