My mom lived at Eventide, Fargo, Care Center for over 7 years. Through those years, my family and I worked closely with staff, participated in every care plan meeting, strongly advocate for our minds care, and did not hesitate to discuss concerns with staff. If I give one star, there is good reason. I can't even enumerate the issues we had- One hoyer lift for the west and east wing? My mom had to wait a half hour to use the bathroom. Found her kidney bag full on the floor in the bathroom. Do you know long it takes to fill a kidney bag? Should've been drained. She was shivering that day. Do these nurses know what sepsis looks like? Her shirts and pj's were taken, although I told them I was doing her laundry. Expensive shirts look good to anyone, I guess.
