I am very unhappy with this company. I bought pictures of my granddaughter on 9/27/2025. No pictures no response to email or phone calls. I have contacted my bank to reverse the charges. I have contacted the local BBB to file a complaint. I will never purchase from this company and will advise family and friends not to buy from them as well. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 0 STARS AS THEY SUCK SO BAD, BUT CAN'T DO THAT WITH THIS

This company continues to be terrible with communication. I’ve ordered pictures 3 weeks ago. Got an email 2 weeks ago that my pictures have been shipped and be received in a couple days. Still not here. No one answers the phone, returns your voicemail, or responds to your messages on their website. For the amount of money they want for school pictures, their customer service is horrible.

As a photographer myself, you should do a bit of photoshop work on your senior photos before sending them out to your clients for review and asking for money. I don’t know if lack of caring, a cost cutting measure or nobody on your staff knows how to remove blemishes or floating hairs. Either way, you should offer it as a premium option or just do it as part of the basis package, because as it stands, I wouldn’t pay for this amateur work and sucks my daughter has to have it in the yearbook like this. I have used this company for years for both of my childrens sports. Never had issues until this year. Placed picture order and team phot came In blurry. Called and whom ever I spoke to wanted to come and pick up the picture to see what I was talking about because they stated the picture looked clear to him. Never heard anything more. Months later I had to call to see if I was going to get a replacement print for something I had already paid for. Bad business if you ask me that I had to chace down a replacement.
