Customer service was bad one night, better the next. My first visit the girl that served me was awful however 2nd visit, Lexie was an absolute superstar. So helpful, polite, kind and went out of her way to help. Crazy how an experience can be so different depending on the person that serves you. Lexie is an asset to this cinema, train your employees to be more like Lexie
Good cinemas with great seats. Loudness throughout wss too high a volume. I wear 2 hearing aids to barely cope and needed to turn them down a lot for comfort. Volume even distorted the sound track making it challenging to understand dialogue.
Lana provided exceptional service in the Gold Class Lounge. She was so friendly, polite and had such a lovely, positive attitude. You could really tell she takes pride in what she does. She made us the most perfect chai just the right balance and absolutely delicious and an extra hot flat white that was made with love. ☕️❤️ Thank you, Lana, for making our experience so enjoyable and special. Great service makes such a difference, and you definitely made our visit a great one! 🌟
