No staff around. Security awful, no one checking the dark corridor of cinemas .No one to collect tickets. Seats very uncomfortable. I will not return. If a movie isn't showing at Warrawong Hoyts or Gala i would not be going to a Shellharbour .
Staff are rude and disrespectful on many occasions and they are by far the worst to deal with when you have a disability they are not empathetic or understanding at all Hoyts are way better disability and respect wise will no longer be going to Events you should be ashamed of yourselves.
Good and clean
Not as much atmosphere as prior to upgrade to a shop style decor
