They turned the aircon off half way through the movie when it’s totally sold out!! Will report tomorrow but we are literally burning and want to leave the movie half way right now!
Tremendous screens and theatres with a great atmosphere. Location is perfect with luxurious candy bar. Hate to be critical but the Staff are often undertrained and or non existent with the managers on site. Huge lack of enthusiasm and general audience going energy for the two blonde sisters who work there. Have had a number of instances in which they’ve been flat out rude to me unhappily and or have taken over 10 minutes to address or serve customers who were waiting. Cinema 11 smells very bad, is there any water leakage around? The whole room feel very wet, and I'm concerned about my health after watching
