I find it quite disappointing and unfair that customers are charged for parking when they are visiting the shopping centre solely to watch a movie. I entered the shopping mall at 2:13pm and was at exit at around 6:17. What makes this even more frustrating is that the cinema shows approximately 15 minutes of advertisements before the actual movie starts which I have zero intention to watch. Saw Spider-Man: Brand New Day here recently and while the screen was good the seats weren't super comfortable. It was also the warmest cinema I've ever been in, to the point it was uncomfortable, I'm not sure if it is always like that or the aircon was broken.
