On Friday night I went to the movies to watch the new MJ movie. I was greeted by a lovely young lady called Abbie. She was very happy to help me and made my movie experience so positive!! I strongly recommend coming into the Indro Event Cinemas, it was so clean and pleasant!
The theatre itself is quite large, but the seats are small and uncomfortable. It's disappointing that in 2026 we're watching movies on a 1×1 screen with such poor picture quality. The overall viewing experience felt outdated and below expectations.
I don't know what happened to this cinema it used to be so good but the last few times we've been to Gold Class our food has been sometimes cold, had uncooked food, not how we ordered it or how it's on the menu and all those times we're left waiting for ages for our meal, towards the end of the movie then get dessert whilst we're still eating mains or 5 mins later. Last movie I had to go sort out my food that I missed some of the movie then got the corrected food after dessert that I waited awhile but melted so I had to eat ... read more
Saw digital circus and the audio in VMAX cinema 9 was busted. The center speaker at the front was way too quiet for all of the trailers as well as the entire movie, which made all the dialogue a strain to hear. The only thing that was decent loudness was the picture and music that came up for Scary Movie. Also during certain scenes the bass LFO was so loud it was deafening. Really poor quality control.
