Had a decent experience but validating car parking doesn’t work, still got charged, they wouldn’t let me out unless i paid… which is really lame considering how much I paid already. Meh.
this is definitely the best event cinema i have been to. it’s miles better than any of the other ones. you get premium leather seating (that are even more spacious than the vmax seats in other events) in original class. the sound quality is amazing. the whole theatre was very clean, despite the lack of workers, which just goes to show their staff go above and beyond.
Last week, we watched the Avatar 3 movie at Event Cinemas Ed Square with four children under 11. During the movie, a staff member spoke to us very harshly, saying the children would be kicked out if they didn’t stop laughing and giggling, because they got a complain. A polite warning would have been sufficient. This behavior was unprofessional and disappointing.
