I wanted to order chai latte on Saturday at 5 pm. However sales assistant told me that it’s closed. We were in a hurry to scan out tickets however we needed to wait in line as self ticket scanning was not working … bad customer service at this time. Do not recommend
5/5 stars on customer service. The very pretty blonde girl was extremely polite and had fantastic customer service skills. I never usually review but she definitely deserves a shout out
VMAX @ 2.30PM today.. a man got out of his seat and decided to sleep at our feet on the ground, when asked to move he flipped us off. Staff were notified however nothing happened.. proceeded to vape insidd the cinema once he woke up.
If you don't mind sitting in a sauna smelling the sweat of everybody else where there's hardly any air conditioning or air supply, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR A PLEASANT EVENT.
