great facility - clean and well taken care of but the major advantage of EPAL is the people who run the facility and care for the individuals; everyone who works there is committed to the highest care and support for whatever individuals are going through; can't speak highly enough for the care that i have witnessed; highly recommended; its the only long term care facility in Bayfield and also the only one with a smaller number of residents so its much more intimate and supportive.
ALL staff and management are knowledgeable, respectful, kind and intuitive. Everyone helps each other and residents benefit from that care model. My Mother could not have been in a better place and we were thankful for all they did for her! Rooms are beautiful and the facility is clean and well cared for ❤
My mom lived at Evenings Porch for 3 years until she required a secure facility near more family. The smaller Home like environment here at EP created a safe space where she always felt at home . The staff is amazing, attentive, created a compassionate space and always welcomed experiences… The food is amazing too. I have worked and visited all the facilities in this area and would not have her live anywhere but Evenings Porch… I feel like they are family.. without the drama…
This is a great facility. Many things are offered and encouraged to enhance the wellbeing of residents.
Hands down this is the best assisted living facility I’ve ever seen. The staff loves the residents, and the residents love the staff. Ive seen some disturbing facilities… This facility is truly a breath of fresh air! Residents are provided with daily activity’s, great food, 24/7 care that is never short of the absolute best, and the atmosphere is so warm and homey. It truly feels like a home, not a grey and dim hospital setting like most facilities. It’s truly a family here 💙
