This is our first experience at the Roxburgh park branch. The person who served us (Basher - Hope I got her name right?) was such a beautiful soul, so hospitable, kind, caring, patient, not trying to force a sale on us. She is an absolute asset to your store and I would highly recommend her to all my family and friends. She even ended up giving us a complimentary ornament as a goodwill gesture.
