Nine years ago my mother (then in her mid 80s) had the presence of mind to suggest we update her important legal documents (Will, Powers of Attorney and Healthcare, etc.). We met with Evelyn who made what can be a daunting process very simple and logical. She proposed a living trust and made some other excellent suggestions.
