I’m honestly still in disbelief at how good the service was. The doctor was so professional and cleaned both of my ears without any pain. It was actually a really satisfying experience, and I felt genuinely taken care of. I’m going through the OACP process for policing and had failed my required hearing test because of earwax buildup. She took the time to clean my ears thoroughly, and when I took the test again, I passed. Thanks to her, I’ve now met the hearing requirement to become a police officer. I’m so grateful!
Hi, visited the clinic recently, Met Dr Victoria for ear wax removal, must say she’s excellent very very kind n humble she took her time to understand everything patiently n gave me immediate relief. I was so scared before visiting her but to my surprise the moment I saw her I knew I was in safe hands. Highly recommend her. She’s very knowledgeable n very experienced n very kind also not to forget Ms Harleen who was a very sweet lady. Came out happily. Great service with excellent Dr Victoria n her staff.🙂
Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My hearing test was thorough, and everything was explained clearly. I highly recommend Hear Right Canada for anyone needing hearing care.
Sensitive eyes - beware - the image shows the actual bug in my ear canal!!! About 10 days ago, a bug entered my ear and as one can imagine, it was quite distressing as it stayed alive for about 2 hours before it died. I contacted Hear Right - Erin Mills for a hearing test and earwax cleaning service in hope to ensure that my ear was OK. Today, I was greeted by Victoria who not only was all smiles, she was also educative in her responses and reassuring in her approach.
