Sensitive eyes - beware - the image shows the actual bug in my ear canal!!! About 10 days ago, a bug entered my ear and as one can imagine, it was quite distressing as it stayed alive for about 2 hours before it died. I contacted Hear Right - Erin Mills for a hearing test and earwax cleaning service in hope to ensure that my ear was OK. Victoria was amazing and very professional. She took her time to truly understand my concerns and explain everything clearly. They even conducted my hearing test without charge. Great experience overall and highly recommended.
