I will never recommend Evansville Overstock, Jackson Catnapper, and Fast Furniture Repair!! Purchased Catnapper, in less than six months the seat was popping up and uncomfortable, and the heat was not even getting warm. Contacted them, had to submit online warranty requests and pictures. Then had to pay almost $60 just to have someone come and verify it was not “normal wear and tear”. Had to wait over two months for someone to come and determine it was manufactured defects!! Speaking in my dealings with them only. Bought an item off them and it became defective with in 4 months. When it came to me calling them back to stand behind me I found out they flat out lied to me just to move the item. Their excuse oh we're sorry about the miscommunication. Left me hi and dry with a piece of s##t they sold me. Speaking in my case only they are not a respectable responsible business that will be honest and care about their customers satisfaction.
