Sent in my tax paperwork on April 14th, got no response until September. They don’t know what I look like or who I am and I have been a client for well over 6 years. I have never felt more disrespected. Last year for my taxes they wrote on a sticky note and gave it to my brother for the amount I needed to write a check for. Didn’t call me, didn’t email me.
