what an absolute disgraceful place of business.
I'm extremely disappointed to leave a one-star review, as Hale is a skilled attorney. However, the customer service from the paralegals and receptionist is consistently unacceptable. They manage five of my properties, and despite this ongoing relationship, the service remains poor. Specifically, on one occasion, when I called to speak with Autumn, and due to my Hispanic background and accent, I was met with mocking and an intentionally difficult-to-understand tone who ever answered the phone needs to be fired. DO NOT USE THESE ATTORNEYS. They don’t care and their only interest is making money for themselves. They cannot take the time and politely call you back and or show interest. Used them for years for our corporate business and in the end they just SUCKED!!!
