10+ years with them but Ever since Covid the service has fallen severely. Customer service is almost non existent, no one ever answers anything and if you do get someone they are very curt with you. This is unacceptable to me. I really do like Yolanda but without being able to ever go back to in person we will be looking elsewhere. I’m tired of feeling like just a number to them. It’s all about money not customer service satisfaction to them.
Ive been using them at least 15 years. Not anymore. The service since covid has plummeted. Multiple emails have gone unanswered and phone calls not returned. Additionally, they have not gone back to in-person. A client drops off the packet and gets a phone call from the preparer. This is a loss in client satisfaction and seems to be a way to churn a higher amount of clients through. I am sad to leave my preparer Karen- she is lovely. However I expect better customer service from the office.
