After spending time to describe both my vehicle and the problem on line, schedualing an appointment and recieving confirmation, I arrive and am told "we don't work on your make of vehicle. We don't even have you on the schedule!" I guess that no one even read the info I entered on their internet portal. Very poor communication! A total waste of my time to drive 45 minutes in rush hour traffic. Don't be fooled into thinking your internet appointment will be honored! Everyone at Evans Volkswagen was wonderful. We contacted Brandon in advance and he had the car we were interested in ready for us to see. He spent ages with us as we drove the car and made our decision. Koty in finance was wonderful, too taking time to explain everything to us. Jacob, the BMW “genius” spent time with us on the day we purchased the car and then again on a second day helping us get set up with BMWs infotainment system. I can’t say enough good about these folks.

I walked in with an appointment to test drive a car, and was greeted by Zac Finnegan. He found out the status of the car, after offering me a water or an espresso. While we waited it was all friendly conversation. I didn’t ask for the arras, but Zac printed a copy and handed it to me. He went over the features of the keys, explained all of the details on the Carfax, told me about the history of the car, and gave me options for test driving the car.
