Recently purchased 2 Brompton bikes. The staff were extremely helpful and would highly recommend purchasing a bike at this store.

Took my bike to Kieran as I was struggling to get the gear’s sorted on my mountain bike. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. Managed to fix it in about 5 minutes. Highly recommend bringing your bike here to get fixed!
Purchased an expensive gravel bike from Evans online. Paid for next day delivery, bike turned up about 4 days later despite paying extra for next day delivery. The bike arrived and the gears were snapped off from the bike making it useless. Trying to contact Evans via email, social media or phone number is pointless.
