Website closing time is wrong, what a waste of my time making the journey because you haven’t bother to update closing times.
Incredibly hostile and bad customer service where the manager called me a liar for wanting an exchange after being missold the wrong product and getting bad information from the staff. AVOID.
Rubbish shop! If you order online (pay £5 for delivery) you can't return to store. You need to pay again £5 and send it back. Absolutely ridiculous!
Items that are purchased online can not be returned to store for your convenience. They seem like they are doing everything to frustrate the customer. Have to pay to return wrong sized items instead of just returning them to a local store.
