I had to change my bike tyres and inner tubes which resulted in 4 hours of frustration at home. That lead to me desperately calling Evans who told me to pop right away so they could have a crack at it. 5minutes later i was at the store. The two guys, whos names i stupidly never asked, were excellent. One of them fitted the tyres in 15minutes despite saying they were the most difficult tyres that he has fitted. AVOID - I went into store to order a bike, and extras, I was told that the order had gone through, and most importantly it would be here ready for my child's forthcoming birthday. I received confirmation via email that the order was being processed, then nothing, I got in touch with them 2 weeks later and it took half an hour online to be told they would look into it. 5 days later nothing.
