I had decided to buy a specific bike and I went to this store simply to buy it. But the staff were so unhelpful and they wouldn't even unlock the bike from the chains to allow me to hold it and see the weight. So despite the fact that they had the bike, I decided to look for a different store to buy it.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Evans Cycles store located on Mortimer Street, London. I purchased a Tacx Flux 2 Smart Trainer, which was assured to be brand new by the staff. However, upon opening the package at home, it was evident that the trainer had been previously used and was missing several crucial components, including the assembly kit, power cord, instructions, and screw axles.
