Great service yesterday - I bought a pannier rack and struggled to fit it. When I returned the technician spent time and real effort (even having to hacksaw down a bolt to fit) - thank you
They got me back on the road in short notice so kudos to the mechanic but front of shop guy, sort your attitude out. There’s another bike shop down the road (who couldn’t help on the day), and their attitude didn’t stink.
