I am new to cycling and have been in a few shops around bristol, but after coming here I will not go anywhere else for my bike. They are always super helpful, and lovely, 10/10 customer service and great stock in the shop.
Went in asking for general advice and spoke to a guy called Ben. He was very knowledgeable and helpful! Will come again

rueben & his team sorted the return of my bike to brompton which had problems. it wasn't purchased from there shop. but they still sorted the return & we're always easy to communicate with. i wish i had purchased it here now.
Always fantastic service and friendly, really knowledgeable about all things cycling related. Booked my bike in for a service and the team were really honest about what was needed. Thank you! Highly recommend!
